Featured Event 

Fiddle Fest — Peterson Middle School, 5:30 p.m. The details: Violinist and fiddler Theresa Britt is no stranger to teaching via the Hill Country Youth Orchestra and now with the Kerrville schools. As part of the tribute to the fiddle, Kerrville Independent School District is hosting a Fiddle Fest at Hal Peterson Middle School from 5:30–7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The district said food trucks would be out front, and people are encouraged to buy dinner and come inside the school to enjoy the music. The schedule is as follows: 

  • 5:30 p.m. Fourth graders
  • 5:45 p.m. Tivy High School
  • 6:00 p.m. 6th graders
  • 6:15 p.m. Theresa Britt and friends performing!
  • 6:45 p.m. 7th graders
  • 7:00 p.m. 5th graders
