Your weekend planner of Kerr County events for Memorial Day weekend

Music, music and music. Did we mention music?

Some stories we're watching

  • COVID-19 cases continue their rise across Texas. It's small but there seems to be a festering situation with the virus. There were more than 4,300 cases on Friday, with more than 900 people hospitalized. The numbers in Kerr County still appear to be small — 15 confirmed, but consider that an undercount.
  • The Community Foundation of the Hill Country raised $1.1 million in 72 hours to support Uvalde — a record for the foundation. Spurred by $100,000 donations from Starbucks and TXU Energy, the foundation is ready to make the funds available. "Head spinning," is what Community Foundation President and CEO Austin Dickson about the influx of money.
