Every chance she had, she doted on her grandkids and great-grandkids. They were her joy.

Eleonore Day
Eleonore Day: Oct. 26, 1934-Jan. 23, 2024

Eleonore moved to Kerrville in 1977. Upon arriving to the Hill Country, she worked at JC Penney's, then Eleonore found employment at Sid Peterson Hospital and eventually provided care giving to many Kerrville residents until age 85.

A dedicated educator, she found joy in teaching high school math and Sunday school at church. Jerilyn instilled a love for bridge in her children and grandchildren, showcasing her skill at strategic games.

Jennie Sue Motheral: July 7, 1936-Jan. 16, 2024

Jennie lived life as it came, and faced both its adventures and challenges with God and family centered in her heart.  She always had a warm, caring hand for everyone and shared it graciously.

John Preston Hays: Sept. 26, 1934-Jan. 21, 2024

After retiring to Kerrville, John and Diane joined Trinity Baptist Church, and they enjoyed retirement mornings at The Donut Palace in Kerrville with friends from Trinity.
