The Ingram Tom Moore High Homecoming Parade proves to be a delight to hundreds of West Kerr residents.

The 2025 Ingram Tom Moore High School Homecoming Parade made its way through the Old Ingram Loop on Wednesday, Oct. 8. The parade drew hundreds of spectators who lined up to see the band, the football team and cheerleaders and students from across the Ingram Independent School District.

Growing up in Southern California, Louis Amestoy remained connected to Texas as the birthplace of his father and grandfather. Texas was always a presence in the family’s life. Amestoy’s great-grandparents settled in San Antonio, Texas, drawn by the city’s connections to Mexico and the region’s German communities.
