Peterson Health named a best place to work in healthcare for sixth straight year

Peterson Health has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare, marking the sixth consecutive year the Kerrville hospital has earned the designation.
“The ability to sustain this recognition for six consecutive years speaks volumes to the culture we have been able to cultivate,” said President and CEO John McDonald. “When you take care of the people who take care of our patients, great things happen.”
The program, conducted in partnership with Workforce Research Group, ranks healthcare employers nationwide based on an extensive employee survey.
