The Antlers had their moments Friday night against visiting Boerne Champion in a pivotal district matchup, but not enough to stop Champion from a 51-47 victory. Champion’s Dakarai Hodge scored a game-high 29 points to lead the Chargers to the win.

Schreiner’s shooting struggles continued, particularly from beyond the arc where the Mountaineers connected on just 3 of 13 attempts for 23.1 percent. Schreiner shot 40.4 percent overall from the field.
