Hill Country Archeological Association book club to discuss ‘Sapiens’ on July 8
The free, public meeting starts at 1:30 p.m. at the Kerr Regional History Center, 425 Water St., just west of the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library. Copies of the book may be available through the library, including by interlibrary loan for cardholders.
The Hill Country Archeological Association will discuss Yuval Noah Harari’s “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” at a book club meeting on Wednesday, July 8.

The association brings together avocational and professional archeologists who study and help preserve the Texas Hill Country’s prehistoric and historical heritage. The group’s book club takes a break in August.
