Kenzie Cameron scored the lone goal in the 26th minute, unassisted, and it held up as the only tally of the match. Howard Payne outshot Schreiner 8-7. Dakota McKee led all players with three shots, all on frame, for Howard Payne.

Schreiner goalkeeper Emilie Novasad made four saves. Howard Payne’s Landry Combs made two saves for the win. Abby De Hoyos was shown a yellow card for Schreiner in the 22nd minute; there were no other cautions.

The loss dropped Schreiner to 0-8-2 overall and 0-5-0 in ASC play.
