Baubles and Beads raises awareness about the fight against breast cancer, and it’s one of Kerr County’s most meaningful events.

It’s always one of the most emotional nights of the year, and there weren’t a lot of dry eyes at the Hill Country Youth Event Center, especially when the flowers were given to all of the breast cancer and cancer survivors on Saturday night. That’s the importance of the Executive Women’s Club’s annual Baubles and Beads event, a fundraiser to fight breast cancer. This year’s theme was “Cancer is the Wurst,” so the costuming was German-themed.
