The Lead Live will host Health, Wellness and Beauty shows Jan. 23-27

OK, you may have made those New Year’s Resolutions, but now it seems like it’s a struggle to keep them. We know exactly how you feel! 

To that end, The Lead invites you to join us as we turn to the guidance of health, wellness and beauty experts to set us on the right path. It’s never too late to get into the gym, a class, or even therapy to ease the pain of those initial first steps toward meeting your 2023 goals. The shows run on The Lead Live! from Jan. 23-27.

This is also an important opportunity for healthcare, beauty and fitness providers to introduce themselves to the community at a low cost. The price is just $50 for a 20-minute segment. There are two segments per hour between 9-11 a.m. 

In 2022, we had this as a one-day event, but we want to expand the opportunities this year. One of the outcomes of last year’s event was the importance of mobility in everyday life. We expect to hear similar stories in 2023, and why it’s so important to be able to get up and move for your health. 

As part of the show, we encourage you to bring guests ranging from business partners to clients or even do a demonstration. Last year, one of our most watched segments involved a full demonstration by StretchZone.
