Kerrville Symphony concert seats open to public Aug. 24
The upcoming season marks the 26th for Symphony of the Hills, a 75-piece professional orchestra that performs at the Cailloux Theater, 910 Main St. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and include a 6 p.m. pre-concert reception for all ticket holders.
Unreserved seats for Symphony of the Hills’ 2026-2027 season will go on sale to the public starting Monday, Aug. 24.
Tickets for individual concerts can be purchased online at caillouxperformingarts.com or through the Cailloux Theater Box Office at 830-896-9393. Concert information and ticket links are also posted at symphonyofthehills.org.
Seat prices range from $29 to $64 depending on seating level and concert.

This season’s theme is “A Season of Story & Song,” with five concerts scheduled:
Oct. 8, 2026 — “Webber and Brahms”: The season-opening concert features music from Tony Award-winning composer Andrew Lloyd Webber alongside Johannes Brahms.
Dec. 3, 2026 — “Comfort & Joy”: The orchestra’s annual Christmas concert returns with holiday music and its annual collaboration with the Hill Country Chorale.
Jan. 9, 2027 — “Heroes & Villains” (POPS): The concert features blockbuster orchestral themes, including music from “Conan the Barbarian,” “Robin Hood” and the “Lone Ranger” theme from Rossini’s “William Tell Overture.”
Feb. 25, 2027 — “America: Frontiers & Freedom”: The program includes Leroy Anderson’s piano concerto, a newly commissioned piece, and works by American composers Morton Gould and Aaron Copland.
April 29, 2027 — “Romance & Passion”: International violinist Nancy Zhou returns to perform Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D Major.
