  • Kerrville VA Open Car Show and Parade — Kerrville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Information: https://www.carcruiserfinder.com The details: Open car show and parade to benefit patients at Kerrville VA Hospital. 100% of proceeds benefit VA patients. Entertainment, food, fun and great camaraderie. Come out and visit with our local warrior veterans.

Frank Baum's story, "The Wizard of Oz." The stage at the Trailhead Beer Garden on Schreiner University's campus will host Dorothy and her companions as they search for wisdom, love, courage, and home. From the stage actors (junior high down to kindergarten) to the creative and technical coordination from high schoolers, this play is entirely a children's project for the community."
