Justin Ian Dunn: Aug. 31, 1985-Oct. 8, 2026

Cars were one of Justin’s greatest passions, but it was the community surrounding them that made that passion truly meaningful.

Justin Ian Dunn, 41, of Ingram, Texas, passed away on October 8, 2026. Born on August 31, 1985, in Elgin, Illinois, Justin was the beloved son of Dennis Dunn and Yunae Milford.

Justin approached the things he loved with genuine enthusiasm and curiosity. He had a deep passion for foreign cars and motorcycles and was drawn to their performance, craftsmanship, and individuality. He was also an avid fan of anime and video games—interests that brought him great enjoyment and helped him form lasting friendships.

Cars were one of Justin’s greatest passions, but it was the community surrounding them that made that passion truly meaningful. Car meets gave him a place to connect with others who shared his enthusiasm and appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every vehicle — from the unmistakable sound of a finely tuned engine or custom exhaust to the creativity behind a newly installed body kit — these gatherings were about far more than cars and modifications, they offered friendship, belonging, and the shared excitement of being surrounded by people who understood and shared his passion.

Justin also treasured gaming with friends, where the laughter, teamwork, and time spent together mattered far more than the game itself. Whether coordinating a mission or racing toward an extraction point in ARC Raiders, he valued the friendships and memories formed along the way.

Justin is survived by his father, Dennis Dunn; his mother, Yunae Milford; and his sister, Elena Ploegsma. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

A service honoring Justin’s life will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Wright’s Funeral Parlor.

Although Justin left us far too soon, the love he gave, the friendships he cherished, and the memories he created will remain in our hearts. His spirit will live on through the people he brought together, the passions he shared, and the many lives he touched.
